What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site exists to answer product questions. The information it gathers is limited to what you choose to send us.
Information you send
Forms and email.
When you complete the consultation or continuing education form, or write to us directly, we receive the name, firm, contact information, project description, and any files you include. We use that information to reply, to prepare the product reasoning, documentation, samples, or class you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation so a later question about the same project lands with the person who already knows it.
Project information stays within SSO and, where a manufacturer has to be involved to answer the question, with that manufacturer. We do not sell contact information or share it with anyone outside that working relationship.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and site measurement.
The site is hosted on Wix. Like most hosting providers, Wix records standard technical information when a page is served, such as the page requested, the browser type, and an approximate location derived from the connection. We use that information in aggregate to see which pages are read and to keep the site working. Wix's own handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
